Heidi Viles specializes in empowering mature female cyclists to become their strongest, fittest, healthiest, and happiest selves, enabling them to continue pursuing their passion for a lifetime. With over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, a world record, and a world title, Heidi is passionate about teaching peri and post menopausal women how to work with their changing bodies and hormones, to lead active, pain-free lives. Her unique holistic approach encompasses nutrition, smart training methods, lifestyle changes, and mindset coaching. Heidi’s ultimate goal is to equip her clients with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive beyond menopause, cultivating a new, sustainable way of life filled with vitality and joy.
